Treasury
A rolling cash forecast built from documents you already have — not a spreadsheet somebody maintains — with every figure traceable back to the invoice behind it. Every bucket equals the sum of the rows you can open underneath it, by construction.

What it includes
The forecast
- A rolling 13-week position
- Drill down from any week to the documents in it
- Snapshots, so you can see what you believed last month
- A foreign row is converted at the newest published rate, and one with no rate at all is shown and counted rather than silently dropped
Scenarios and levers
- What-if scenarios laid over the base forecast
- Delay a payment, win a deal, take a loan — and see it
- A lever stops injecting once you mark it realised, or once the loan or asset it became is live, so the money is counted once at every instant
- The CFO flags a lever that outlived the date you gave it
- Indirect free cash flow
Bank versus books
- The cash figure reconciled against the bank, not asserted
- Observations that explain a gap rather than hiding it
- A company-local day cut, so the figure is not off by a timezone
What it already knows about
- Invoices at the date the customer actually tends to pay, not the date printed on them, and the promises to pay you took
- Bills, expense reports and purchase orders not yet billed
- Payroll, and Social Security net of whatever TGSS has already charged
- Every VAT and withholding return at its own deadline, and the corporate tax
- Loan instalments, undrawn facilities, disbursements, and a credit line measured against its floor
- Lease cuotas, forecast as the invoice each one will become
- Dividends declared and not yet paid
- Project milestones and work in progress you have not invoiced yet
- Card-processor payouts, recurring journal templates that move cash, and the budget
- Direct-debit remittances and payment runs already handed to the bank, at their collection or execution date
