Pricing
Buy the parts you run. Nothing else.
Each module is priced on its own — per user, per seat or per month — and accounting comes in three levels, from invoicing to the full close. The total is whatever you actually switched on. A few things are counted on top of that, and a large or unusual rollout gets a quotation written for it rather than a page like this one.
Build your stack
Pick what you need. The total is live.
These are the real catalogue prices, checked against the product’s own price list on every build. What you assemble here is what checkout would charge.
Everyone who logs in. Per-user modules bill on this number — a module sold by the seat has its own count.
Accounting — pick a level
Each level includes the one before it, so you only ever pay for one.

per month
Billing starts the day you activate: a first month begun mid-month is charged only for the days left in it.
Included
- Workflows
Agentic Workflows and the base platform are entitlement-gated but not billed separately — they come with any paid module.
Prices exclude VAT. Billed monthly, cancel from inside the product. Metered usage is billed on top of these lines.

What is metered
A few things are counted, not bundled.
Anything that costs us money per use is metered rather than hidden in the base price — AI tokens, signatures, stored documents, scans, messages on external channels. You see the allowance, you get warned at 90% of it, and you can top it up.
L.U.C.A. — AI tokens
The seat price buys access. What the assistant actually costs depends on the tokens it consumes, pooled across your organisation and counted per month.
Electronic signature
Counted by the number of signatures actually signed — one per signed document, and nothing at all for a document nobody signs.
Secure vault
Counted by the total size of what you keep in it. The allowance is a standing one that grows with your seats, not a monthly reset.
Document extraction
Each document read by a flow is one metered scan.
External messaging
Messages sent over channels that charge per message.
Top-up packs
Additive, bought when you need them, never an auto-upgrade.
Larger rollouts
Enterprise licences, quoted for you.
The builder above prices the ordinary case honestly, and most companies need nothing else. If you are rolling out across several countries, bringing a headcount the page was not written for, or you need an enterprise licence with terms of your own, we will write you a quotation instead of pointing at a table. Tell us what you run and we will come back with numbers.
The awkward questions
Answered here rather than on a call.
- Can I buy one module?
- Yes. Most customers start with one and add the next when it earns its place. The only constraint is that a couple of modules need another one underneath them to mean anything — the builder tells you which, and refuses rather than quoting something checkout would reject.
- What happens to the price if I add people?
- Only per-user modules move, and not all of them the same way. A flat module costs the same with three people or thirty. Most per-user modules bill on everyone who logs in. Agora and Auxilium are sold by the seat instead: you pay for the people you give access to, so a thirty-person company with a three-person sales team pays for three CRM seats, and a desk answered by two people pays for two — everyone who asks the desk for help is free. Some per-user modules have a monthly minimum, so a very small team pays the floor rather than a token amount — the builder shows you when that is happening.
- Do I pay twice for overlapping modules?
- No, and the product refuses the purchase rather than quietly charging you. Kronos is entirely contained in Humanus, and each accounting level contains the one below it, so buying both is not a discount question — it is a thing the catalogue will not sell you.
- Which accounting level do I need?
- Factura issues VERI*FACTU invoices, records bills and expenses and files the quarterly VAT and withholding returns. Contabilidad adds the books themselves — bank reconciliation, the P&L and balance sheet, fixed assets, loans and leases, the year-end close, the cuentas anuales and the corporate tax return. Cierre adds what a finance team runs: budgets, SEPA remesas, approval policies and the treasury forecast. Moving up keeps everything, because Factura keeps the books in the background from the first invoice.
- Is there a limit on how many invoices we issue?
- No level refuses an invoice, a bill or an expense. Each level includes a monthly volume of them, shown on its card, which is what it is priced for. A company running well past that is a conversation about the next level or a quotation, never a blocked document. OCR scans are different: they cost us money per use, so each level's monthly allowance is a real limit. It is shared by every scan in your organisation and can be topped up with a pack. AI tokens are metered as described above.
- Does our asesoría pay to log in?
- No. Accounting is not priced per person, so your accountant or gestoría works in it with an account of their own at no cost.
- Is there a contract?
- It is monthly. Cancelling schedules an end date rather than deleting anything, so you keep your data and your books while the period runs out.
