AI Crew

Eleven specialists, on duty.

Each one watches a single domain, under a real system role, and files what it finds into one per-company feed. Not a chatbot — every card names a document, a figure and a decision you can act on.

The crew

What each of them watches, how many checks they run, and the one permission that decides who can see their cards.

CFO

Working capital, runway, leverage and the covenants nobody re-reads.

HR

Contracts, absences, working time and the signatures about to expire.

Tax Adviser

AEAT deadlines, VERI*FACTU submissions and every modelo before it is filed.

Compliance

Evidence and process — signatures, lifecycle steps, workflow bypasses.

Bookkeeper

Whether the ledger can be trusted: unposted entries, unmatched bank lines.

Payables

Bills falling due, duplicate payments and supplier concentration.

Collections

Overdue money, named customers, and a decision for each one.

Sales

Untriaged leads, stalled deals and conversations nobody answered.

Operations Director

What the company owns and moves — assets, stock, slow movers.

Shift Lead

The routines: was the checklist walked, signed off, and what keeps failing.

Management

The feed itself — whether anyone is acting on what the other ten say.

How often

Each check runs on its own clock.

Most run overnight. Some run every four hours — the VERI*FACTU ones among them, because a rejected submission you hear about tomorrow is one that sat live all day.

How loud

Three levels, and most of them are not alarms.

A feed where everything is urgent is a feed nobody reads. Only a small minority can raise a critical; the rest simply inform or warn.

Saying it once

The same problem does not file eleven cards.

Every check declares how it deduplicates, so a condition that persists for a month does not produce thirty identical cards.

Files again only when the number crosses into a worse band.

One card per episode — it closes when the condition clears.

At most one card per accounting period.

Files once, ever.

How they tell you

A feed, a daily digest, and a three-minute briefing.

Findings land in the feed as they happen. Once a day they are gathered into a digest, and — where you want it — read aloud as a short audio briefing you can listen to on the way in.

Management

Thresholds are yours: what counts as a low cash floor, an overdue invoice or a concentration risk is set per company, not assumed.

The limits, in writing

What they will never do.

Never pay

No AI employee moves money. A payment needs a person, and an approval chain if you configured one.

Never sign

No AI employee signs a document, a contract or a submission on your behalf.

Never send

No AI employee emails or messages a customer, supplier or employee as you.

Never administrator

Each runs under a shipped non-admin role. Widening one to make a card work would widen it for people too.

aicroo does not provide financial or investment advice. Treasury cards are never AI-written or AI-voiced, because that text is subject to financial-advice regulation.
