Data deletion instructions
AICROO SOFTWARE S.L.
Last updated: September 28, 2026
This page explains how to ask AICROO SOFTWARE S.L. ("Aicroo") to delete your personal data, including data we receive through Meta's platforms (Facebook Login, WhatsApp and Instagram). It complements our Privacy Policy.
1. If you have an Aicroo account
Write to info@aicroo.com from the email address of your account, with the subject "Data deletion request", and tell us whether you want your whole account deleted or only specific data.
2. If your company connected WhatsApp or Instagram
- To stop Aicroo receiving any new data, an administrator of your company can disconnect the channel in Aicroo (Settings → Integrations → CRM), or remove Aicroo under Business Integrations in your Facebook settings.
- To have the data already received deleted — the access token, and the conversations and contact details received through the channel — write to info@aicroo.com as described in section 1.
3. If you wrote to a business that uses Aicroo
If you exchanged messages with a business that uses Aicroo, that business is the controller of your data and Aicroo acts on its behalf (see section 2 of the Privacy Policy). Please send your request to that business. If you write to us instead, we will forward your request to it and help it carry it out.
4. If your employer gave you access to Aicroo
If your employer set up your account — for example, so you can clock in, request time off or view your payslips on the web or in the mobile app — your employer is the controller of that data and Aicroo processes it on its behalf (see section 2 of the Privacy Policy). Please send your request to your employer. If you write to us instead, as described in section 1, we will forward your request to it and help it carry it out.
Please note that your employer may be required by law to keep some of that data, such as working-time records and payslips, even after your account is deleted.
5. What happens next
- We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on the request.
- We will answer within one month of receiving it, as the GDPR requires. For complex requests this period can be extended by two further months, in which case we will tell you why.
- We will delete or anonymise the data, except where the law obliges us to keep it (for example, invoices and accounting records). In that case we keep only that data, blocked, for the legally required period.
- We will confirm by email when the deletion is complete.
