Cookie Policy

AICROO SOFTWARE S.L.

Last updated: September 17, 2026

1. Who is responsible

This Cookie Policy explains how the website at aicroo.com (the "Website") uses cookies and similar technologies. The Website is operated by AICROO SOFTWARE S.L. ("Aicroo", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in Spain with registered office at Avenida Gregorio Peces Barba, 1, 1.1.C05, 28919 Leganés, Madrid, Spain, and contact email info@aicroo.com. It complements our Privacy Policy.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small files that a website saves in your browser so that it can recognise the browser later. Similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage, keep information in the same way and are subject to the same rules, so this policy calls all of them "cookies".

3. The cookies this Website uses

The Website does not use advertising cookies. It uses the items listed below: one that is strictly necessary, stored once you have answered the cookie banner; the Google Analytics cookies described in section 4, which are set only if you accept analytics cookies; and the items YouTube's video player stores, also described in section 4, which are stored only if you allow external video and play a video.

The first item is strictly necessary: without it the Website could not remember your choice. It is therefore exempt from consent under Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI). It stays in your browser and is not sent to us or to anyone else.

Apart from Google Analytics, which is loaded only if you accept analytics cookies, and YouTube's video player, which is loaded only if you allow external video and play a video, the Website loads no fonts, scripts, images or other content from other websites.

4. Analytics and external video

With your consent, the Website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), to understand how it is used — for example, which pages are read. Google Analytics is not loaded, and sets no cookie, unless you accept analytics cookies. Rejecting them will never limit your use of the Website.

We have configured Google Analytics so that what it collects is not used for advertising: advertising storage, ad personalisation and Google signals are turned off.

Google may process this information outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google's Privacy Policy. Google also offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.

If you withdraw your consent, the Website stops Google Analytics for the rest of your visit and deletes its cookies from your browser.

External video

The product videos on the Website are played by YouTube, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), through its privacy-enhanced mode. Until you press play, each video is only an image served by the Website, and nothing is loaded from YouTube. If you press play without having allowed external video, the Website tells you first and loads YouTube only if you choose to play the video; that choice is recorded as your consent to external video. You can also allow or reject it in the cookie banner, or watch the video on YouTube itself instead.

Once it is playing, YouTube's player stores the items listed in section 3 and may read cookies that YouTube or Google have already set in your browser. Google may process this information outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. You can read Google's Privacy Policy.

If you withdraw your consent, the Website removes any YouTube player from the page for the rest of your visit. What YouTube has already stored stays in your browser until you delete it, as section 6 explains.

5. Accepting, rejecting and withdrawing consent

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or reject optional cookies with equal ease, or choose by category. You can change your choice at any time, as easily as you made it, from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page or with the button below. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of anything done before you withdrew it.

We keep your choice for 12 months, after which the banner asks again. It will also ask again sooner if the optional cookies we use change.

6. Managing cookies in your browser

You can also block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. If you delete the item described above, the Website will ask for your choice again. Your browser's help pages explain how:

7. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy whenever the cookies the Website uses change, and revise the date at the top. If a change requires your consent, the banner will ask you for it before any new cookie is set.
