Auxilium
auxilium · Latin — help
A support desk inside the system the rest of the company already runs on. Requests from your own people, your clients and your inbox land in one queue, and your agents answer them there. Only the people who answer take a seat.

€9per seat, per month
What it includes
Where requests come from
- Your own people file from inside the app
- Your clients file from their client portal
- Anyone can write to your desk’s own email address
- Mail from a sender the desk does not know waits in quarantine. It reaches the queue only when an agent accepts it, and the sender then becomes a contact; otherwise it is dropped
Attachments
- Files on a request or a reply, up to 10 MB each
- At most 10 on one request
- 10 GB of storage, shared across your organisation
Working the queue
- One queue for all three, by priority and then by age, showing how long the oldest unanswered request has waited
- Replies to the requester, and internal notes the requester never sees
- Assign a request, or take it yourself
- Merge a duplicate into the request it repeats; its requester is shown where it went
- A resolved request closes itself after the number of days you set
Who pays, who answers
- Priced per agent: a seat for each person who answers
- The people who ask for help are free, however many there are
- Two ready-made roles: an agent replies, writes notes and takes requests; a manager also assigns, merges and runs the desk’s settings
